Neighbor to Neighbor Guardians helps low-income senior homeowners stay safely and independently in the homes they love.

We provide the services our neighbors can no longer afford or physically manage on their own — yard maintenance, gutter cleaning, and home repairs — delivered by trusted, licensed contractors at little to no cost to the homeowner. We serve older homeowners in our community, typically age 60 and above with household incomes at or below 80% of the area median, who own their homes but cannot keep up with the physical demands of maintaining them for reasons of health, age, or finances.

We do this work toward a simple vision: a community where every older adult can age in place with dignity, safety, and pride, and where no senior is forced to leave home, live in unsafe conditions, or go without basic upkeep simply because the work is beyond their means or their strength.
